ATK manufacturering facilities have acheived QS-9000 and ISO-9001 certification,one of the few engine remanufacturing companies in the world to have done so.Additionally,VEGE Motoren,ATK's parent company has also acheived ISO-9001 certificationThis is quite significant as it represents both an engineering and manufacturing certification.

The 150 processes that ATK utilize during an engine's remanufacturing.Feature procedures also include:

•  Engine blocks magnafluxed, bored, precision-honed and mains line-honed
•  Camshaft bearings line-bored for accurate center-to-center clearance
•  Engine blocks and cylinder heads precision surfaced.
• Cylinder heads magnafluxed and machined for three-angle valve seats
• Crankshafts stress-relieved, precision ground and micro-polished
•  Camshafts precision ground or replaced with new Each engine tested (most hot-run tested) for compression, oil pressure, oil leaks, engine noise and general operating condition before shipment.

ATK's Gold Seal Service Agreement is an added protection program covering car rental,towing,an increased labor rate,and all fluids on approved labor claims.

How Does Core Charge Work?

Upon ordering,you will be charged the retail price of the engine plus the core charge.When engine arrives,save the crating that it was shipped in to package the core return.Once the core is ready to ship,call ATK for pickup.ATK will then inspect the core to make sure it meets their criteria,when it has,you will be refunded the core charge.

Core Policy

• All fluids must be drained prior to core return
• Cores must be complete and in rebuildable condition.
• Core must be identical to the engine purchased in size and application
• ATK reserves the right to refuse any core that has been modified or altered

Core prices can fluctuate according to supply,demand and availablity.If you plan to return a core for credit,please confirm the core price with your sales person prior to ordering.
